Our favourite restaurants and pubs
Host
A beautiful converted bank, Host offers a fab combination of small plates, wood-fired pizzas stretched by hand, and the traditional Sunday Roast. They say: ‘To ensure we have the best wood- fired pizzas in St Ives we use the finest ingredients, combined with century-old techniques.
To compliment our delicious food, we offer a carefully crafted list of wines, featuring both local and international wines that work in harmony with our dishes. Regardless of whether you’re looking for a casual drink, a romantic dinner, or a special occasion, we have something for everyone. ‘ We agree & always book to eat at Host whenever we are in St Ives
Porthminster Beach Café
A highly regarded beachside restaurant that serves a wonderful dining experience in seaside St Ives. A very long time favourite of the St Peters Studio girls! Currently one of the top restaurants in the country awarded one of the highest ratings from Fish2Fork for their sustainability policy. The team combines Asian and Mediterranean influences showcasing dishes of the freshest and finest seafood, garden-grown produce as well as foraged coastal ingredients. Much of the sustainably sourced fish is from St Ives Bay itself. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are produced with love as the talented chefs access splendid fresh produce from the kitchen garden and local growers. They also have an external Gin Bar which is ideal for large groups.
