1 Salubrious Terrace
Salubrious is a two bedroom, three-storey cottage just tucked away from the harbour front. It’s large south-facing balcony is the perfect spot to take in the coastal charm that St Ives has to offer, ideal for morning coffee and evening sunsets.
The first floor is accessed via external steps, which brings you into the main bedroom and shower room. The ground floor sleeps two guests and has the convenience of its own ensuite shower room.
St Peters Studio
St Peter’s Studio is a historic 4 bedroom house, tastefully modernised located in the centre of unique St. Ives, just a minute away from Porthmeor beach and St Ives harbour. St Peter’s Studio has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open plan living and dining space which leads to a fully fitted kitchen.
On your arrival St Peter’s Studio will be laid out with complimentary cake or a cream tea as well as some local treats including freshly baked local bread, local jam & Cornish butter.
